A veteran broadcast journalist for over three decades. He served 29 years as Senior Editor and Deputy Director of the Tibetan Service at Radio Free Asia until its 2025. An Edward R. Murrow Award recipient, he co-founded Tibet Times and other publications. Born in Tibet, he studied Tibetan literature and history at Qinghai Nationalities University, and later attended the University of Westminster. London.

Educated in Tibetan refugee schools, earned his Master’s degree from the University of Delhi, Jamia Millia Islamia, and attended the University of Massachusetts as a Fulbright and Danforth Scholar. He was Director of the Tibetan Alliance of Chicago before joining Radio Free Asia where he served as a broadcaster and Senior Editor for 29 years.

A finance professional with decades of experience in U.S. government contracting and corporate accounting, holds a business degree from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. He previously worked with the Central Tibetan Administration and on the production of Martin Scorsese’s Kundu. He maintains a strong interest in the media's role in Tibetan society and democratic development. Lhundup currently serves as Controller for Panagora Group, an international development company.

Author of five books on Tibet including Tibetan Nation: A History of Tibetan Nationalism and Sino-Tibetan Relations, has a PhD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in International Relations. He was a broadcaster for the Tibetan Service of Radio Free Asia for 22 years.

Veteran journalist and broadcaster for over 30 years at Voice of America; host of the renowned Kunleng TV show; and recipient of many awards for coverage of Sino Tibetan affairs and other radio, social media and cultural programs. Pasang was born in Tibet and is a graduate of Tibet University with a degree in Tibetan Literature.

A researcher and translator for 19 years before joining Voice of America where he served as broadcaster for three decades specializing in Khamkay dialect. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Joseph’s College in Darjeeling and retired from VOA in December 2025.

Served with distinction as a broadcaster for 32 years with Voice of America’s Tibetan Service. A UMass Boston International Relations alumnus, Tenzin’s career is marked by his dual service to VOA and the Library of Congress. He retired in 2024 as a respected voice in international radio and politics.
